From where download demo builder dashlets ?

On new demo builder site there are some dashlets, like google maps integration, gauge awesome, custom menu bar per role, as others, anyone know from where I can download them?

They are not part of the normal version, but I can´t find a place where they are

All the Solutions identified by "written by SugarCRM Labs" are available for free under the Apache 2 license: you can use/modify/distribute it for free if you keep the license.

There is a download link located on the help page against each solution. Unfortunately, if the help is not available, the download link does not show up (this should be solved quickly). Here is the link to help page: https://demobuilder.sugarcrmdemo.com/help
