How to find sugarcrm version number, if I only have a database? Current database does not support version we have on our server, and I do not know the version number, what previous host had on their server.  Web browser says now: "Sugar CRM 6.5.24 Files May Only Be Used With A Sugar CRM 6.5.24 Database." , but it doesn't tell which version should I have. Previous host refuse to give any other files or even tell a version number.

    Hi Jouni,

    You can try executing below mysql query .

    select * from config where category='info';

    It will give you something like below.Here value portion is holding sugar version.

    mysql> select * from config where category='info';
    +----------+---------------+---------+----------+
    | category | name          | value   | platform |
    +----------+---------------+---------+----------+
    | info     | sugar_version | 7.6.1.0 | NULL     |
    +----------+---------------+---------+----------+
