URL link to a Bug for the Email Template

Hi y´all.

So, I´m forming my Email Template to be used in a Process Author as a notification when someone updates a Bug. In the body of the email, I want to have a URL link to the Bug itself. I noticed that in Workflows, you can use:  {::href_link::Opportunities::href_link::}   I´m basically looking for this kind of thing but to be used in Process Author (and for a Bug or any other module).

I tried:

{::href_link::}

{::href_link::Bugs::href_link::}

{::Bugs::href_link::}

but then the Process doesn´t even spit out any email   Any ideas or different approach?

    Kristjan,

    At this time, the functionality does not exist in Process Author.  Reviewing the existing feature request, it looks like this will be added in the 7.7.0.0 release of Sugar.

    I just wonder if you experienced the same issue liked I did.  I created a simple email with only texts and the PA sent it right through.  I went back in to add a link to record, the PA showed "completed" but no email was sent out. It makes more sense to me when the PA receive to command to send a message, it will send no matter what the content is.

    I believe the PA only sends an email once and since it sounds like your process was already ended ("completed"), the PA did not send another email after you updatet the email template.

    Initiate the process again for a new record and see if the email includes your updated content (the link).

    If I am misunderstanding here, could you explain a bit more how your process is or maybe show a picture?
