Is there a report export download limit in SugarOnDemand?

You can check the config.php file using Diagnostic Tool from Admin -> System. By default in config is defined like:

      1 => 'Export',

      2 => 'Import',

      3 => 'Administration',

Thanks Emil.  My config.php shows the same as your post above.  However, my export of a report with even just a few thousand records seems to time out.  Therefore is the limit based on time to process rather than record count, or is the limit having to do with the 1,000 or 50,000 number?  Thanks.

If the export is timing out, you may be exceeding the memory limit set in PHP.  Do you see any memory limit reached PHP errors in the web server error logs?  If yes, then you can increase the memory limit in the php.ini file.  If you make a change to the php.ini file, you will need to restart your web server.

Thanks Lori.  We're using SugarOnDemand.  I don't see how I could check this log or modify .ini.

This is a setting that is unable to be modified for the On Demand environment.  I did verify that your SugarCRM instance is receiving a maximum execution time exceeded message.  So, in this case, it's not the memory limit, it's simply that the export is taking longer than the maximum execution time threshold that we have configured in PHP (180 seconds).

The only other solution is to break up your report into smaller chunks and attempt the export again.

Ok glad you checked on this.  I didn't receive a message, just blank screen, but I figured this was the issue.  I will use a back up file instead to get the data in bulk.
