Using Studio to customise views

Hi,

I am running Community Version 6.5.2 (Build 8410). Logged on as Admin and used Studio to customise the Leads' List View which works 100%. However when I log out and log in as a normal user the new list view hasn't carried through and the old default view is still used..

Any ideas?

  • 1) Try to Clear Search (In the search panel, click "Clear" then "Search".)

    2) Running a quick repair and rebuild may help.

    3) Clearing the browser's cache can also help if Studio changes are not appearing in the listview

  • Fact is the new list view I had set up with Studio work fine, but only while I am logged on as admin. as soon as I log out and log in as a normal user, the list view is back to default. Logging out and back in as admin, and then I have my new list view again.

        Try to reset user preferences on user edit view. I hope that helps.
