Use Google Group as Email to Case  in Enterprise 7.5

Hello, 

How do you use a Google Group to route emails into SugarCRM?

E.g., in Salesforce I could create a google group, e.g. support@domain.com, and add a forwarding address that I get from the CRM.

Does SugarCRM have this same capability? Or am I forced to pay for a Google Gmail account?

    You can use Email Archiving to forward emails into Sugar but that doesn't create Cases. That only archives the email. If you want to create cases you will want to use Inbound Email.

    Instead of having a group email in Google; you will want to change that to an actual email account. Once the email account receives and email; Sugar will check the box for new emails. If there is a new email; you can have a Case created. The Case created will have the email attached.
