How to find details about failed in CRON run, cannot read - connection closed?

Hello,

I am using sugar cloud,

I am getting sugar log repetitively like:

[2794][1][FATAL] Job a594d3d4-c1ff-11eb-9ffe-0671b8e28854 (Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails) failed in CRON run, cannot read - connection closed? and some more

How can i get full detail about crons which failed. Where it is mentioned. Is there any table to get the detail about.

    Hi Shiv,

    Could you please check whether the Bounced Inbound email is configured correctly or not? I believe this error happens only when the settings are configured incorrectly or the password of the configured bounced inbound email is wrong. As the first step, you can check by making the bounced email inactive and check if you are still getting these errors in the sugar log or not. These helps you to narrow down the issue. 

    As it is a Sugar Cloud-hosted instance, you cannot get access to the Sugar Database server. Parallelly raise a ticket with Sugar Support Team for further inquiries.
