The modules at the top banner of the interface are not populating. How do I fix this issue?

Tried clearing cache and this happens. Do I have to clear the cache multiple times?

  • Which type of installation do you have?

    If it is hosted by yourself it can help to delete the content of the Sugar-cache-Folder (not the folder itself).

    Did you change the location of the installation? Then check .htaccess for correct basepath.

    Instead of clearing the browser cache you can open it in private mode, then it is always cleared.
