In order to do this, the first thing you would have to do is to format the  addresses before they are rendered. To do this, you would need to make changes the relevant changes in two files; namely, 'map.js' in the JavaScript controller and 'map.bhs' in the Handlesbar template. In order to create custom fields, there are two ways. one is through the studio, other is through code which a CRM partner like ourselves can help you out with.
