Our plugin, Upsert Deduplicate, has a robust set of features for identifying and resolving duplicates in any module in Sugar. Our recently released 2.0 comes with the option to add on the highly requested feature of detecting duplicates across modules (e.g. a new lead matches an existing contact or vice versa)!
