We are a company that does B2B business. Our main business indicator is the number of meetings.
With SugarConnect, all the meetings in their agendas are imported into the CRM (so a lot of errors).
Do you know of a way that they can select a meeting from their google calendar in particular to log it into the CRM?
Note: we don't want them to use the plugin to send meeting requests from SugarCRM.

While there isn’t a way to select individual meetings to be synced, there are a couple of options to solve your question.
When you define your calendar sync through the Connect Portal you have the option to use your primary calendar. If you choose not to use the primary calendar, Connect will create a “Sugar” calendar and look at that when syncing meetings. Simply place the meetings you want to see in the CRM in that separate Sugar calendar.
You also can choose to not sync events that have been marked as private. So if someone gets in the practice of marking things like a doctor visit as private in the Office 365/Google Workspace, then the sync will ignore those events (based on that setting).
