Reports and empty fields

Hello, 

I've just created a report and noticed that, if the field in the viewer column is empty, so the project isn't in the report... need help! 

The report is: opportunities in a period and the information I need is Architect/Value/Country ; the field architect is not allways filled in, but I didn't know that if it's empty the project is not in the list... so maybe I'm studying incorrect data all this time.. 

... cannot make the field compulsory.. that's the firs think I've thought 

Lo escribo también en español: quiero hacer un informe sobre valor de proyectos en curso en un periodo determinado. En las columnas de visualización quiero ver Arquitecto / Valor / País, y me he dado cuenta de que, cuando el campo Arquitecto no está rellenado en el proyecto, no aparece en la lista del informe; los datos son erróneos. 

Querría saber como puedo indicar que en la lista salgan también proyectos con campos vacíos sin tener que convertirlos en obligatorios

  • The solution depends on the data model of your SugarCRM instance
    Let's try with the situation when there is relationship between Opp and Architect module

    if there is something like a following option for "Opportunity -> Architect" in the Report Edit, try to set the checkbox there - likewise the  Opp -> Parent Opp on the picture below
