Social Club: Sugar Reporting in Sugar Sell & Sugar Serve Recap

Yesterday, we hosted our first Social Club session on the topic of Reporting in Sugar Sell & Sugar Serve. A big thank you to the customers that were able to attend. Alex Nassi, Ellen True, Patrick McQueen, and I really enjoyed getting the chance to speak to all of you and hope you all enjoyed meeting each other and getting a chance to chat – both about Reports or scooping ice cream and singing at restaurants!  

Our subject matter expert Ellen True, Sr. Director of Product Management was able to highlight some of the new Reporting features recently launched in the Q3 2022 release and even previewed some of the new features included in the Q4 2022 release set to go live in October 2022.  We really enjoyed the discussion on reporting best practices and how some of our customers have solved their business needs in a variety of different ways.
