Dear Sugar Customers,
Our teams are excited to announce that effective August 1, 2023, Sugar will now be honoring 30-day subscription cancelation notices or subscription change requests for all customers.
Previously, customers needed to provide at least 90 days' notice to cancel or change their subscription prior to their renewal date. We understood this was challenging for some of our customers and different from other vendors' common practices. Making this change simplifies our policy and makes it easier to do business with Sugar.
Of course, we hope you'll continue to stay partnered with Sugar as your CRM vendor of choice. However, in the case that your business decides to leave or make changes to your SugarCRM subscription, your team will need to inform Sugar in writing with more than 30 days notice prior to the subscription renewal date.
As previously announced and in alignment with Sugar's terms, we will continue our automatic renewal practices, whereby Sugar subscriptions will be automatically renewed 30 days prior to the subscription renewal date unless a cancelation notice was received.
