Improved Renewal Process for Sugar Customers

Dear Customers,

We’ve recently implemented changes to streamline and improve your renewal process.

Sugar has introduced an automated renewal mechanism, which enables you to more easily enjoy continued uninterrupted use of Sugar. This process better aligns with modern SaaS practices and reduces the ‘paperwork’ associated with renewals and payment.

What does this mean for you as a customer?

No longer will you need to sign into Sugar’s online portal to place your renewal order manually. With our recent change, we will simply send you a renewal invoice that matches your current subscription details. Pay the invoice before the due date and your access to Sugar will continue uninterrupted.

If you want to change the number of user licenses, or update the product mix - simply contact your Sugar Customer Success team or Sugar Partner. They will work with you to amend the subscription details and organize a new invoice to be re-issued.

When does this new process begin?

We’ve started already! The process will be rolled out progressively as we work through different customer batches. All eligible customers who pay / have paid in USD can look forward to their upcoming subscriptions being automatically renewed versus having to place their order manually online.
