Right now it is very hard to somehow assist the problem as actual problem description is very vague
First of all please make sure that technical personnel who works with this customer (and customers also) study our documentation, especially related to offline mode
This may help to better identify what the issues are and how to better resolve them
Other than that I'd say that we need more specific information about the issues customers are facing
