Sugar Mobile App - Stability

Hi there, we are slowly going live with a new customer: Southfuels who sell fuel to farmers across NZ. There is a slight challenge with the mobile app. Its not stable, particularly the change between online and offline which is catching Southfuels users out when they are trying to get deals done with farmers in the field..(often offline)

sometimes the app crashes, sometimes it needs to be reloaded etc

its not building confidence with the users..

is there anyone that could assist?

How many records are stored inside mobile device?
How much memory is allocated for storing such a records?

A customer faced similar issue under built in sugar mobile app. We succed to solve that issue by builing a custom mobile app whose configuration better fitted your data.
Eventually it is possible to evolve some behavior and layouts by adding more fields on listview, removing tutorial guide, adding check-in and check-out features etc.

Right now it is very hard to somehow assist the problem as actual problem description is very vague

First of all please make sure that technical personnel who works with this customer (and customers also) study our documentation, especially related to offline mode

This may help to better identify what the issues are and how to better resolve them

Other than that I'd say that we need more specific information about the issues customers are facing
