Which plugin Sugarcrm-7.* use for login where only one user can login in same browser ?

I am not aware of any plugin like this but what is your exact usecase, maybe there is a different way?

If you want to limit access to Sugar from other locations probably the best was would be to do this on Network side.

So you could set up a VPN or Proxy that only allows to connect from a certain locations or certain PCs where each user only can login on their machines.
