iCalendar empty In Outlook

I am trying to connect to the icalendar in my Sugar however it connects but displays that I have no meetings and whether I still want to add it. I click yes but it is completely empty. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Your description sounds related to a known bug, #65934, which causes the calendar to not load properly in other applications that use the iCal URL. If you can please confirm which version and flavor of Sugar you are using (e.g. CE 6.5.16, Pro 6.5.15, etc) I can send you a hotfix which you can load through Module Loader to fix this bug.

  • Hi Alex, the fix was applied; it corrects the TZ issue in the ics file; however, I detect also that long lines are trunked:

    As you can see in the last line, the URL is not complete in only one line, it happens in all long lines:

    Right no, I found old iCal.php and vCal.php files (from version 6.5.15) and ithe file is generated correctly.

    Could you provide me with the hotfix as well? I am running 6.5.20 CE, using a ical feed validator it craps out on the vtimezone bit.

  • The hotfix for Bug #65934 is attached to this reply. This hotfix will work for versions 6.5.16-6.5.22 and all editions of Sugar. Please download this zip file and load it directly into your instance (still zipped) by navigating to Admin > Module Loader. After installing, please run a Quick Repair and Rebuild. Please note that this fix may regress if you upgrade your instance and it may need to be reloaded or updated.

    6.5.26 is no longer supported so we are not able to provide additional fixes, but I was able to pull the attached hotfix file which is for 6.5.25. It may just need a manifest update to work for 6.5.26, but you should test it thoroughly before uploading it into your production instance as it has not been tested against your version. 

    I'd also like to strongly recommend looking into upgrading off of 6.5.26 to a supported version as an upgrade will include years of bug fixes, security updates, and feature enhancements. We have an Upgrade Transition Program to help customers get to a supported version if that's something you'd like to explore.
