Inbound email issue

The Sugar cron job importing the emials wants to create an attachment in the directory 
/shadowed/averytest.sugarondemand.com/upload/ and is not allowed to do that.

Maybe the user running the cron job has no right to write to the Sugar upload directory.

Harald Kuske any thoughts on what these are" I have dozens with various UID numbers.

(On Site v11 Pro, still working on getting up to current Ent)

Looking at my inboxes (via mailer tools) I always have a handful of emails that get "stuck" in the queue.

Some are spam and I just delete them but some look legit and there is nothing "funky" about them...

I have yet to find a common thread, I had my sysadmin set up notices when emails are in a mailbox for more than 1hr so I can go check them and delete or copy&forward legit ones then delete them from the inbox or they will stay there forever
