reminder_time default value not working in sugarcrm 7.7.0.0

Question

Hi All,

I have set the reminder_time default value to 5 minutes in the studio ->calls->reminder_time but it is not effecting in the front end.

I have also tried in updating the vardefs

/custom/Extension/modules/Calls/Ext/Vardefs/custom_reminder_time.php

<?php

$dictionary['Call']['fields']['reminder_time']['default']=300;

But it is the same,can any one please help.

Hi sidhu , That field's default value handles per person. If you go to your Profile (http://{{sugarinstallation}}/#profile) > Edit > Advanced > Reminders. You can change the reminder for Popup or Email. Best Regards Tevfik T&uuml;mer Developer Support Engineer
