Using Sugar 9.0
When a user is uploading a file to the Document record, they can "click and drag" the file from their desktop 
and it will auto-link to Sugar's "Choose File"
We are migrating to Sugar 12.0
In testing it has been raised that this is no longer possible. The document opens in a new tab.
Is there any way to add this behavior back?
Users are uploading documents and clicking browse > file location > upload will add a number of extra steps to the process
