How to remove custom field of custom module from convert lead page/layout

The Convert Lead will load the custom module record view. 
If you remove the field from the Record View layout it will also be removed from the Convert window:

Thanks for response, can we have different layout for Convert Lead and custom module record view and I want field must be available only for record view of module.

I have one field required while creating custom module and as field is required it becomes required for conversion also but may fill this field or not ,I want user to skip this field during lead conversion, hence I want to remove it from conversion layout only.

Use case:

Module in conversion:

Lead

Contact

Accounts

Custom module(optional)

--------------------------------------------------------

And on Custom module we have relationship field called Accounts and it's required when users creates new record, 

but user can't select this field on conversion module because Accounts is not created yet.

And as Accounts field is required user unable to convert the lead, hence I want to remove it from conversion layout only.

Please suggest.
