12.3 on local vagrant instance 500 error

I did some tests on my end here and it seems that the issue is caused by the max memory allowed being set to 512M in /etc/php.d/sugar.ini.

can you try to add 1G to it and see if works?

Hi Tom Noel and Rafael Fernandes, can I ask what version of the local vagrant instance that you are currently using? I encountered the same error on my end. I restore SugarCRM from the cloud to my local machine using "php80es716". I already tried to update the maximum memory to 1 GB. Or can you give me your php, apache, mysql and elastic search version.

My vagrant box was vanilla until I modified the php.ini file.  The path I actually updated was /etc/php/8.0/apache2/php.ini rather than the /etc/php.d/sugar.ini file recommended by Rafael since that file did not exist in my local server.

This also worked for me. Also like Tom Noel said "/etc/php/8.0/apache2/php.ini rather than the /etc/php.d/sugar.ini" for Vagrant sugar/php80es716.

Robert Thomas, I did that thing and it worked, and I was able to login into the SugarCRM 12.3 instance, but the problem is that after logging in, I got this 500 - Server Error.

From what I see of your previous post, looks like the DB manager is having issues. Try unrolling your file system backup again and double check your config.php to see if all your DB setting are correct for your local environment.

Robert Thomas, when you receieved your backup, did you recieved two sql one(SugarCRM DB) and one(triger Sql)?

Clinton Canarias, Nope just one of each. Also, I have not been able to get 12.3 to work reliably in a Vagrant. I am still working on it, but I have yet to see any DB issues.
