Hi guys, we are trying to implement SSO with SugarCRM V11.0.4 on-premise (is not a new instance from zero) and Azure. We need to enable the SSO for the old users in the instance SugarCRM, so we created the same users in the Azure AD (All the parameters like Url, username, email, etc .. Are ok) because we use the guide Microsoft (learn.microsoft.com/.../sugarcrm-tutorial), but when we try to login with a user created in the Azure AD, SugarCRM show a message « User inactive »
We tried to test the access with a new user created in Azure AD (We have the option to create the user in SugarCRM the first time he does the login) and it works, so we are thinking to create all the users in the Azure AD enabling the option to create the user in the first login, and after that reassign all the elements form the old user SugarCRM without SSO to the new user SugarCRM SSO. Can you help me or maybe give me an idea more simple?
