User Unable to log-in through chrome main, but no problem with chrome in-cognito mode

We need more information to provide potential solutions. What happens when the user tries to log in? Are any errors displayed on screen or recorded in the browser console?

We are using SSO, when user tries to login its gives error "Invalid Credentials" when same tried on chrome's in-cognito mode then it's working fine so we cleared users browser history but still its gives "Invalid Credentials"  error.
