User Unable to log-in through chrome main, but no problem with chrome in-cognito mode

Hi All,

User Unable to log-in through chrome, but no problem with chrome in-cognito mode.

We tried clearing chrome browser cache also, but no luck.

Please suggest.

    What happens when the user tries to log in?

    - Throws error as "Invalid Credentials"

    Are any errors displayed on screen or recorded in the browser console? 

    - Not checked

    We are using SSO, when user tries to login its gives error "Invalid Credentials" when same tried on chrome's in-cognito mode then it's working fine so we cleared users browser history but still its gives "Invalid Credentials"  error.
