Is there an API change in 12.1 for rest/v10/oauth2/token?

Question

Hi gang, 
 
 Testing with Postman in two separate customer systems (both on 12.1) I see two completely different responses. 
 One has much longer access_token keys, and the other doesn't.: 
 
 Customer system 1 
 
 Customer system 2:

The only thing I can think about is that one is with Sugar Identity, and the other isn't. 
 Could that be it?

Yes the second response is from a system using Sugar Identity. Our Sites use Sugar Identity and I always see the longer response compared to my Local Dev Environments which do not use Sugar Identity.
