To move away from beginner level you need to start the process of acquiring knowledge about Sugar CRM. If you follow the link posted by Dmytro Chupylka then you will know how to achieve your goal using Role management.

The task you have is not complex or anywhere near developer-level if you understand and use Roles (which you probably should anyway as a matter of course in a multi-user CRM system).
