isUpdate in WebLogicHooks no longer there

Question

We've recently noticed (v11 and maybe v10) that " isUpdate" no longer shows in WebLogicHooks. 
 
 Any idea why and what the alternative is to be able to know if a record is new or updated?

That's a known bug. It was probably introduced with 11.1.0 and now 11.0.2 sugarcrm-sa-2021-031. https://portal.sugarondemand.com/#supp_Bugs/87318
