Process Definition with Quoted Line Items

Is it possible to create a process definition where upon a quote status changing to a certain perimeter, the system with populate a field on the Account record with a list of the line items used in that quote? This way, we can see that list when future quotes are created, without having to do a lot of research. Ideally, it would populate with the Quoted Line Item Name and the Date of the status change. Basically, it would create a running list of what the customer purchased and the date it is bought.

  • OOTB, all Quoted Line Items are automatically associated with an Account. They will appear in the Quoted Line Items subpanel.

  • We had implemented for a customer something which may help you: Last Purchases Dashlet

    It is a dashlet visible in the Quotes record view when an Account has been chosen in the Quote.

    By clicking a QLI from that dashlet, a copy of that record is added into current Quote.

  • Could you send me information and pricing for that to norm@sonnysglasstinting.com? We would need the data to be pulled from the shipping address if possible. Not from the billing address. So, we would want to know what products are shipped to certain sites not what company bought the items. Unfortunately, it does not seem that the Line Item History allows for that adjustment.
