Could anyone please help with downloading a backup for a sandbox, please?
We have our cloud instance and two sandboxes.
Within one sandbox, because two teams did some experiment there, and one team needs to refresh the sandbox now
but we don’t want to lose the experiment data of the other team.
So we want to get a backup of this sandbox.
But when I looked the ‘Admin’ ----> ‘download backups’, there’re no records there as what we have for our production instance.
Actually, I also tried below method , but couldn’t manage to get something:

But I got empty records like this
so I can’t use command ‘curl -O <download URL>’ to download latest backup.
Is it possible that the only way is login the host server to get all config files and get a snapshot of database?
