Issue found - we have two production instances. SugarCRM, Version 10.3.0 (Build 222p) (Q1 2021) and SugarCRM, Version 10.3.0 (Build 222) (Q1 2021).

Question

We have found we have two production instances. 
 SugarCRM, Version 10.3.0 (Build 222p) (Q1 2021) and 
 SugarCRM, Version 10.3.0 (Build 222) (Q1 2021). 
 We noticed some recent changes in drop down fields are not in the other version. 
 SugarSupport are looking at this, but in the mean time I am reluctant to let any users work in Sugar as I do not know which version will remain, what happens with the common fields as they merge, what will be lost. 
 Has anyone experienced this? 
 Is this an issue from the recent update Q1 2021? 
 We use SugarProfessional 10.3

FYI - This has been resolved. It was not a different instance. 
 The language setting was showing different updates based on what was done on each language type - English US and English UK 
 The dropdown boxes updated are linked to the language setting.

Dropdown values are retrieved from the language that the current user is using. So if you have a dropdown and add an entry to the 'UK' version of the dropdown and someone logges in who uses the German language it can happen that this person will not see the new version since they are not the same. 
 Therefore if you change a value in a dropdown always check if there are multiple languages enabled and if so add / change the dropdowns accordingly.
