How to customize Compose Email subject ?

I want to add bracket into subject when create email. How do I do? Thanks, Autchara

Is this for your Cases?

If you go to Admin->InboundEmail you will see the Cases Macro.

Ours looks like this: [CASE:%1] if you just want the number in square brackets it should work with something like [%1]
