How We Can Make custom log field Like As Comment log?

Hi All,

I am Trying to create New Custom field same Beauvoir default comment log filed sugar crm 9.x.

any one any idea for how to create new custom comment log filed in module....

    Hi,

    Have we ever seen reporting in Skype, Slack or by chat text?

    Comment Log can work for posting and reading the stream of comments per single record from the context of that record -no more, no less

    To focus on valuable info through records via reporting, it makes sense to ask report stakeholders in advance what types of key events they actually like to track and analyze with report
    Then, to ensure a collection of historical key events for that reporting, e.g. with TimeLine Viewer
