I am stuck on Amazon-EventBridge

Hi, here is the link for sugar connector that we are trying to utilize.

I have followed the steps mentioned below:

1- Install this connector in latest version of sugar.

2- created iam user for aws also configured it through aws package available for ubuntu.

when I try to create record for logic hook, it gives me an error. screenshot is attached.

Please help.

Judging from the error, I think you are running into a timeout on outbound HTTP connections. The timeout we typically enforce in SugarCloud is 1 second.

But you should be able to adjust this for an on-prem instance. Could you check your PHP default_socket_timeout setting?

I tried by increasing the time out and got below error.

Error retrieving credentials from the instance profile metadata server. (Server error: `GET 169.254.169.254/.../` resulted in a `503 Service Unavailable` response: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC '-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN'> <html> <head> <title>Web Proxy</title> <meta http-e (truncated...) )

I think you're running into an AWS permissions or authentication issue.

Make sure you've added the appropriate AWS permission policy as described in prerequisites.

I have setup permissions as described in document. I am trying this on SugarCRM instance hosted on our server. I did bypassed the security and got below error.

The Statement "Caller is not whitelisted for the event source partner namespace aws.partner/sugarcrm.com"}" seems to be error that aws allows connection from sugarcrm ondemand only ?
