As previously communicated, per SugarCRM policies, we are announcing the end of support and security maintenance for all Sugar Professional and Enterprise instances on version 9.x. Support of version 9.x instances will come to end on April 30, 2021.
Any users currently on Sugar version 9.x should upgrade to a supported version as soon as possible to continue to receive support and security maintenance of your Sugar deployment, and also have access to additional or new Sugar features. Please contact your SugarCRM account manager, or your SugarCRM partner to discuss and schedule an upgrade to a supported version.
