The look and feel will be almost identical to what you are used to today, with an exception being: you will have access to new capabilities you didn’t have before. You will not lose any features, only gain new ones that will increase your understanding of your customers’ needs and help you win more business.
A: Sugar plans to update your licenses to Enterprise with the 12.0 release expected in April 2022. You can then convert your instances to Enterprise with a conversion script according to your own timelines and upgrade processes. We recommend you use your new Enterprise licenses as soon as possible so you can begin using the loads of features that will make your job easier.
A: Yes! You can use Professional as you have been, even after we have converted your licenses to Sugar Enterprise.
A: We encourage you to run the conversion script as soon as possible after taking the time you need to test Enterprise in a development environment.
