Campaigns Call List

Can a previously run campaign from within Sales-i be uploaded into an upsert call list within SugarCRM

    By 'upsert call list', I'm assuming you're referring to the Call List module found in our Upsert Call Center product line. If that is an incorrect assumption, then you can disregard my reply.

    I am not aware of any direct way to have Sales-i campaigns pushed into Sugar. In my experience, the only data that can be directly synced from Sales-i is in the Accounts and Contacts modules. You may be able to manually export campaign data from Sales-i, and if so, you could potentially find a way to take that data and update the relevant campaign targets in Sugar in order to add them to a call list. If so, then you have 3 options to populate Upsert Call Lists:

    • Manual selection - This option is best if the number of records is small and easily isolated via list view filters (e.g. select all top tier accounts)
    • Sugar Report - This option is best if you either have a large number of records or the criteria for isolating the relevant records is more complex (e.g. return all contacts that belong to an account that hasn't been contacted in last 90 days)
    • SugarBPM - This option is best if you have an ongoing set of business criteria where you want records to be added to a call list (e.g. add a contact when they submit a negative customer survey score). The Upsert Call Center product line includes a custom BPM action for adding the target record to a call list.
