Look at the text in the conversation starter input form on the main page of this Leadership Lounge section of the Club.  It's meant to be just that.  We may not always have an answer for you (my default is often "42") but we will always give you a candid response. 

Sometimes you may ask "why are you doing this stupid thing?" and our response may be, "you know that is a stupid thing...thanks for pointing that out...let's see what we can do about it."  Or it may be something along the lines of "sorry you think it's stupid but here's our reasoning that got us to why we are doing what we are doing."  Either way (and everything in between) we promise to give you a candid response.

  • How do we rename the Close and Claim buttons that were pushed to the Case Record view during the last update?  Outfitters are clicking Close, thinking this will just exit the case....We have many different statuses they need to choose from, so I need to either rename or remove that new Close button. 

  • Hi Mandi, an admin can rename or remove these Action Buttons the same way they manage other fields on the Cases module. Check out the Action Buttons documentation for more details on how this is done.

    By the way, a better place to post a technical question like this would be in the Enterprise & Sell help forums - you will ensure that a lot more people see your question and can help out that way. Slight smile

  • Thanks- I will post this same question there. I have reviewed the Action Button area and it does not explain where to find these 2 buttons that were pushed to my system with the upgrade. I am the admin for the instance.  I went to the studio for cases, but these two buttons do not display in the fields list in order for me to edit or remove
