Intermediate SugarBPM

Overview

Suppose you are looking to practice real-life workflows scenarios and projects. In that case, that will take you from a competent workflow builder to an expert by mastering SugarBPM builing techniques and use cases, then be sure that you have come to the right place.

SugarBPM has now become the default workflow tool in the Sugar application. This course is for admins interested in brushing up on their workflow skills by doing hands-on and solving real-life-based scenario problems using SugarBPM. The course will take you through various concepts and possible workflow automation using case-driven approaches. This course will teach you to solve complex business use cases through a simple point-and-click using SugarBPM.

Recommended Prerequisites:

• You should have a solid understanding of basic Sugar concepts, functionality, and terminology.
• You should have completed the Introduction to SugarBPM class or the have 3 months of experience using SugarBPM.
• You should also have 3 months experience as a Sugar Administrator or completing one of the following courses before attending the Intermediate SugarBPM class is advised:
  • Self-paced: Administrators: Get Started Configuring Sugar
  • Virtual live class: Sugar Admin Fundamentals
