Due to changes in the Amazon infrastructure, all customers must upgrade to the latest version of the Lex Bot by September 15, 2025, to ensure chatbots continue to work. As Amazon has deprecated V1 Lex Bots, immediately upgrading your SugarLive package to use V2 Lex Bots will avoid disruption with your SugarLive service.
