Sugar Market 24.13 has been released!

The Sugar Market 24.13 release includes the following enhancements and fixed issues:

Feature Enhancements

  • Unique clicks and opens in the email dashboard:
    • Open and clicks dashlets: The Total Opens and Clicks dashlet has been replaced with separate Opens and Clicks dashlets that now display unique clicks and opens.
    • Clicks per link dashlet: The Clicks per Link dashelt now displays the number of unique clicks for each link.
  • Unique clicks and opens in the nurture dashboard: The nurture dashboard can now display unique clicks and opens via an option in the three-dots menu of the dashboard.
  • Create lists in Nurture builder: You can now create distribution lists directly in the nurture builder via the Add to list element and in the Recipients step.
  • Updated GoToWebinar connection: Newly created event sessions will now connect to GoToWebinar directly in the Events module and will no longer use sources for the connection.
  • Improved SugarCRM connector sync settings: The Push Sugar Market Last Activity additional sync setting no longer requires you to select a specific field.
  • Enhanced contact import: Help text has been added to the contact import process to help you map the CRMType column correctly.

Fixed Issues

  • 95455: The Buyer's Journey iframe fails to load in connected Microsoft Dynamics CRMs.
  • 95203: Nurtures with an in-progress send email element that is removed and then republished trigger an error.
  • 95116: Contacts that are manually resubscribed revert to unsubscribe when the contact is synced to the SugarCRM connector.
  • 94913: Some custom CRM synced fields do not appear when configuring the Create Opportunity in CRM nurture builder element.
  • 94889: Some content changes in the email builder are not saved after clicking the Save button.
  • 93977: Some text on the email preference page overlaps on smaller screen sizes.
  • 93434: The email report option does not send an email for APAC customers.
  • 93074: Email dashboards filtered by a single dynamic content segment trigger an error.
  • 89578: Links in submission alert emails contain outdated domains.
