Sugar Market 22.2 is now Available

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 22.2 of Sugar Market:

  • Web activity tracking improvement: Cookied contacts will have their legacy landing page web activity that was previously identified as anonymous associated with their contact record and displayed in the buyer's journey. 
  • Email Builder 2.0 enhancement: The Save button has been enabled on the Setup step in Email Builder 2.0, allowing users to save emails in progress on any step. 
  • Improvement to landing page exception handling: Landing pages with associated web hits can now be deleted, as long as they are in an "unpublished" status. 
  • Interest prediction labels in nurture analytics: The interest prediction ratings in nurture analytics now display the text label instead of the numerical representation (e.g., "Very high" instead of "5"). 
  • Syncing picklists in Netsuite: In addition to custom picklists and the standard "customer status" picklist, all standard picklists will now sync with Netsuite integrations. Netsuite customers do not need to make any changes for this update. 

Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following link for more details about the issue: 

  • Pages refresh infinitely and navigation is not possible when cookies have expired.
  • Clicking the Opportunity link on the Global Dashboard produces an error.
  • Advanced Analytics is not available.
  • Test emails are being pushed to the Contact record in CRM.
  • The "left-margin" attribute is misspelled as "lefmargin" in Email Builder 2.0 emails' source code.
  • The following typo appears in the scoring profile displayed in the journey and iframe: "Lifetime Website Totle Hits".
  • Salesforce customers receive CRM sync alerts for opportunities though they are not syncing opportunity records. A new CRM sync setting has been added to the Salesforce sync settings, allowing customers to choose if they want to push and pull opportunity records. 
  • Users without the correct permission encounter a console error when clicking the email dashboard link from the email detail view instead of the appropriate permissions error page. 
  • Opportunities created in Sugar Market are not syncing to SugarCRM. Opportunities will sync to SugarCRM as of this release, based on sync settings; opportunities will not retroactively sync.
