GoToWebinar Connection Changes

On January 15, GoToWebinar is changing how they integrate with third-party applications. The Sugar Market team has proactively worked to ensure the GoToWebinar connection isn’t interrupted by these changes. Here is the timeline of the updates we have made:
 
With Sugar Market 24.13 

• Newly created event sessions will now connect to GoToWebinar directly in the Events module and will no longer use sources for the connection. 

• When creating a new event session, you will receive a prompt containing a link to log in to your GoToWebinar account.

• Existing events and duplicated existing events will not be impacted.
  
  
  

With Sugar Market 24.14  

• Event sessions connected to GoToWebinar via sources will no longer be able to be duplicated. 

On January 15 

• Event sessions connected to GoToWebinar via sources will no longer sync. 

• If you have any active event sessions connected to GoToWebinar via sources, you need to recreate the session.
