The Marketo 25.1.0 release includes the following feature enhancement:

Feature Enhancements

  • Support for REST API: The Sugar Connector for Marketo now uses REST API to integrate Sugar with Marketo.
    • Marketo will deprecate support for the SOAP API on January 31, 2026.

Sugar customers who already use the Marketo connector must reconfigure their Marketo connector settings in Sugar to use the REST API to avoid any disruptions to their marketing automation workflows, lead synchronization, etc.
