We are aware of an issue where the Sugar Connect menu won't open in an email when viewed from a reading pane in Gmail. This prevents the archive options (Quick Archive or Archive w/ Options) from being accessed. As a work around, the Sugar Connect menu will open on an email when using the "No split" option for reading page. Go to Gmail settings, scroll down to Reading pane, and choose No split. Sugar is currently working on a fix and anticipates that will be available in the next release of Sugar Connect. We apologize for any inconvenience.
