Sugar Connect issues with Windows desktop Outlook

SugarCRM is aware of an issue using Sugar Connect with the desktop version of Outlook on Windows machines. The issue presents as a failure to read the internetMessageId of an email and affects the ability to archive emails on send. We are actively working to fix this issue and will provide a hot fix release as soon as possible. We apologize for the disruption of workflow for those affected users.

  • Sugar Connect 34.1 was released February 8th to address the issue with Sugar Connect using the desktop version of Outlook on Windows machines. The new sidebar version is 1.34.1.58.
