  • We have pushed out Sugar Connect to our users as an approved app which means admin does not need to  add users via the portal. Although user accounts are mapped correctly it seems that the Sugar Connect archiving folder (Copy to CRM) is not being created. This means that user emails are not auto-archiving. Please can someone advise on this!
