Some troubleshooting tips for Connect

Here are some basic troubleshooting tips if you encounter some issues with setting up Connect. Note that this is not designed to be an exhaustive list, but rather an initial check-list to go through if Connect doesn't start.

If the Connect failure happens shortly after an upgrade of the Connect version, you can check if an Outlook cache clear resolves the issue. Instructions on how to clear the Outlook cache:

1) Exit Outlook
3) Delete the files manually from this file path in Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache
