sales-i 25.2.4 has been released!

The sales-i 25.2.4 release includes the following feature enhancements and fixed issues:

Feature Enhancements

  • Improved Customer Interactions history view: Interactions are now sorted by the Date column, with the most recent displayed first.
  • Permission to view all user interactions: Users can now be granted permission to view interactions across all users on the My Interactions page.
  • Permission to view and edit CRM data for all customer records: Users can now be granted permission to view and edit CRM data across all customer records.
  • Save list view configuration: You can now save and load search, filter, and column configurations as presets for the Customer, Prospect, and Opportunities list views.
  • Filter alerts by account level: You can now filter the output of an alert report by account level.
  • Improvements to email sync:
    • Sync emails sent in Outlook: Emails sent from your synced Outlook account are now saved as email interactions in sales-i, associated to the related contact record.
    • Sync calendar events created in Outlook: Calendar events created in your synced Outlook account are now saved as interactions in sales-i, associated to the related contact record.

Fixed Issues

  • Alert builder reports using both AND and OR operators returned incorrect results. Alert builder reports can now use either AND or OR operators, but not both.
  • Digit group separators were missing from values in Snapshot report export files. Snapshot report export files now display digit group separators for all values.
  • The user's ID was displayed in mention notification emails. The user ID is no longer displayed in mention notification emails.
  • Adding options to a List custom section for the Customer module triggered an error. Adding options to a List custom section for the Customer module no longer triggers an error.
  • When masquerading across multiple instances, the list of available users did not update when switching instances. The list now updates correctly for each instance.
  • An error occurred when a user attempted to open the Product Associations insights report before product associations were completed in a newly created instance. This error has been resolved.
  • When there was no sales data for the first product association surfaced in the Product Associations insights report, the report appeared blank. A link is now displayed to select another product association.
